I go live on YouTube 5x’s per week and perform 60 minute plus workouts. Most workouts only require kettlebells and/or dumbbells. Camera goes on 5 minutes early to give everyone time to join and to answer questions anyone may have before we start the warmup. I would love for you to attend!

By far my favorite watch to monitor all my calories. From how many I burn daily to knowing what my deficits are using the awesome app! It syncs with myfitnesspal for really accurate data that will help you with your goals.

Whoop:

I use the whoop to monitor my recovery. It tracks your sleep, your daily behaviors, and gives you strain level recommendations based on that data. I have found the calorie count to be off in comparison to my Fitbit, but I value it’s input on rest and recovery so much that I use both.
