How to boost immune system – Improve quickly and naturally

Optimize and improve your health with these 4 simple steps:

  1. Fortify your diet with vitamins, drinks, and supplements.
  2. Get to your ideal body weight.
  3. Start consuming wholesome foods and avoid fast foods.
  4. Start exercising.

1. Fortify your diet with vitamins, drinks, and supplements.

Before I get into the details, these are the supplements that I take for health and immunity:

  1. Multivitamin
  2. ZMA – Zinc Magnesium
  3. Omega
  4. Stamets 7 Mushroom Powder

How do I go about supplementation:

I take one multivitamin and one servings of Stamets 7 everyday with my breakfast. I prepare myself a drink I call my pre workout, intra workout, and post workout shake. I take my omegas after lunch. Last but not least I take 1 serving of ZMA 30-45 minutes before bed.

In conclusion, I am at my ideal body weight, ideal body fat, and eat wholesome foods. Here’s a little thing you will most likely not believe. At age 30, I was 30 pounds over weight, I had high body fat, and was very unhealthy. I was working as a project manager, eating out everyday, and got into the worst shape of my life. I made a change and so can you.

Let’s get into how you should select supplements that will help you boost your immune system and make you feel your best physically and mentally.

Nowadays people are overweight, sick, and in overall bad shape. Here’s what you need to know. It does not matter where you are right now, what matters is the decision you make today to improve your life.

If you want to get as healthy as can be, improve your immune system, lose weight, burn bodyfat, and increase your lifespan, all the advice I give you today will get you there.

Here are the basic steps to make that happen:

#1 Know what supplements you actually need.

If you follow all these social media “fitness influencers” who are without any certifications or true experience, or if you Google “what supplements are necessary for vital health”, you will find a million different answers all trying to sell you whatever it is they want you to buy.

They all have agendas even if what they say doesn’t make sense or is false. It doesn’t matter if there’s proof to their biased videos and articles or if you even need those supplements at all. It’s all a hype and sell game.

You have deceitful people saying things that you want to hear. They sell you false dreams with embellished information and even false advertising. All for the sake of getting a dollar out of you. They give you a ton of promises but have little to zero substance.

There are two things you need to find out about supplements to ensure they are quality and not just hype.

The first is research.

Is the company you are considering selling you a product that they personally formulated, this is where you risk the deceit, or do they hire a third party research team that specializes in testing and researching ingredients, formulas, and have no biased?

This is critical! Let me give you an example:

A well known influencer, his name rhymes with Bauer, cited a study about fasting. The study had 9 participants, 9! Nowhere near the amount needed to create any type of conclusive evidence. In other words, it’s anecdotal and different people will yield different results.

He explained that these 9 people were separated into groups where half the group did cardio fasted and the other did cardio in a fed state. He then goes on to explain the results which were not only twisted but explained in a manner that insults the intelligence of his viewers. He summarizes that those who did cardio fasted burned 3x’s more fat (triglycerides) INSIDE the muscle as compared to the ones who did cardio in a fed state.

Those who put their trust in this individual are left to believe that doing fasted cardio will burn 3x’s more fat and that you’ll reach your weight loss goals 3x’s faster. He even says that it is a waste of time to do fed state cardio which is ludicrous and irresponsible to say!

What he doesn’t explain is that the reason they burned 3x’s more triglycerides in the muscle is because the body is using fat as energy. The energy being burned however is inside the muscle not subcutaneous, the fat outside the muscle (the one you want to burn).

The body is simply creating glycogen via the trigylerides in order to provide energy, but this the same as if the glycogen was already there from eating carbs.

If these test subject burned the same amount of calories and ate the same amounts food, they will all most likely burn the same amount of bodyfat after any period of time.

It doesn’t matter how you do your cardio. In the end, if your body has a net calorie burn of 3000 calories a day, and you consume 2500 calories a day, you will lose 1lb of bodyfat per day! It doesn’t matter how, when, or where you do cardio.

Here’s what I can tell you from experience, doing fasted cardio will probably be more effective because you will be more mentally sharp, lighter, and your output via intensity will be greater. This is also why it is recommended that you eat at least 3-4 hours before working out. So that you’re not full, heavy, and sluggish.

You may burn an extra 50-100 calories during your workout because of a better workout. This extra calorie burn however only amounts to an extra 1/2 to one pound of fat every 35 days. It is not a lot but I’ll take it. You are not however going to lose 3x’s more bodyfat because you did fasted cardio or workouts.

It is extremely misleading! But he’s going to sell you a product after this embellished explanation. Pay attention and don’t be deceived.

#2 In addition to 3rd party research, look for 3rd party Quality Control.

What does this mean? If you ever heard of protein spiking or companies shut down by the feds or FDA, due to dangerous ingredients or professional athlete’s getting suspended or banned due to tainted supplements you know it’s an issue. But why does this happen?

The reason is because the company they bought the supplements for hires a packaging company that has the freedom to change the formulas intentionally to save and make more money. It’s unethical companies cutting corners to make a profit. They don’t verify any of the formulas because they are mass producing everything even illegal substances.

This is where 3rd party quality control comes in. If you have a company that pays another company to ensure that the products are legitimate, in other words, you are going to get what you pay for, then there’s little change that you will get a tainted or mis-formulated products.  

It may make the product a little more expensive but the assurance that you’re getting the highest quality with the latest researched formulas is worth its weight in gold.

In all honesty, this is all you need. Anything else I would consider non-essential because it covers a special part of the population.
