Royal Sun Blazei, Cordyceps, Reishi, Maitake, Lion’s Mane, Chaga, Mesima

In combination with a multivitamin, you get 75% of your daily requirement of Vitamin D, plus this supplement, you get 80% of your daily requirement. Important if you’re low on Vitamin D.
