Brief History:

I was a high school and college athlete standout. After college I gained 30 pounds of bodyfat (see picture 1 below). At 30 years old I decided to make a change and lost over 30 pounds of fat. According to the underwater bodyfat test I took I was down to 3.2% (see picture 2 below). This was in the test taker’s experience one of the lowest he had ever recorded. Here’s the problem. I did this in 3 months on an extreme caloric deficit diet (HUGE MISTAKE), running 5-6 miles every day at 5 am, and after my competition I rebounded right back to where I started following the advice of a “Professional Bodybuilder/Coach”. Can you relate?

After that terrible experience I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer. I studied, researched, put my body through different programs, strategies, attended seminars, and became an elite coach. I have helped so many people over the years but my reach was limited to local clients only. 10 years later I decided to go off on my own as an online coach in order to share my knowledge with the world as opposed to only 5 or 6 clients at a time. I developed a system to achieve permanent weight loss, fat loss, and training programs to effectively increase strength, power, and muscle mass.

In conclusion, I have the body of my dreams and I am in the best shape of my life (see picture 3 below). I want you to experience the same!

Everything I have ever learned about Fitness can be found in this report and on my website. I still have a handful of clients off-line so I can only take 3 to 4 virtual clients at any given time.
