CLA:

Recent studies suggest that CLA benefits those 50 and over. Many people believe that CLA will help them burn fat (in abdominal region). From experience, I’ll just call it as it is, it’s BS.

If you still want to take it, I’ve provided Amazon’s most recommended brand, and as you can see, the picture in it tells you all you need to know. All about being shredded, but you don’t need CLA to get shredded. Just take it for health reasons. Your training and nutrition program in full will get you shredded.

As I’ve mentioned before, it doesn’t matter if your body is a 100% fat burning machine. Fat is energy. If you eat more then you burn you will still gain weight in the form of fat. Before we get into how to take it, let’s talk about mushrooms. Mushrooms have for millenia been known to have powerful properties. Paul Stamets is the world’s leading research guru when it comes to these amazing creatures. His brand Host Defense is by far my go to since I know how passionate he is about mushrooms. He’s been on Joe Rogan and you just can’t go wrong with someone who takes as much pride in something as he does. He’s m equivalent with me being passionate about fitness. How to take:

  1. Active MV (Multivitamin) – Take first thing in the morning before breakfast or immediately after. You typically want to take this after your shot (30ml) of Apple Cider Vinegar. Take two daily.
  2. Super Omega 3 Fish Oil – Take with your first meal, which includes your MV. Take one daily. You do not have to gulp all morning supplements at once. Take with two or three chugs of water. You can also just take them immediately after your first meal. My preference is to take them first thing before I eat my first meal.
  3. Natrol CLA – This is an oil capsule, like an omega capsule, which stimulates fat burning especially around the abdominal region. I take (2 capsules) in combination with my Omega Jym (2-4 capsules).
