So far I am happy with my progress.

I am lifting harder than I ever have, I feel stronger than I ever have, and I feel more accomplished then ever.

My old computer broke and the internet was down for a day so I am a little behind on my diaries, my book, and a few other things.

What I am not behind on is my bodybuilding progress.

I completed my SGC Diet on Monday night and I must say it was pretty successful but again, it could have been better. This is the second time I’ve done, and I have learned a ton during those two times.

After the SGC load… I had my next two days planned and I am proud of how well I executed those following days as well.

I am so focused, so determined, that following through on my nutrition and working out routines seems much more easier.

Yesterday, Wednesday the 12th of August, was my Free Window day. People like to call it a cheat meal, I prefer Free Window because I don’t cheat. And as small as that may seem, to me, cheating is not in my vocabulary. Either I’m focused and determined or I am not.

nica_burger_109So let’s go back to yesterday’s Free Window Meal… It was pretty big. I ate a big burger, had to be at least a pound in weight with everything that it had, from 109 Burger. I order some sweet potato fries on the side, at 3 amaretti cookies, and about 40 grams of Ice Cream.

If you ever in Sweetwater, Miami, FL, I recommend you visit this place. It’s awesome and they have some big delicious burgers. I promise to go through the entire menu.

The next morning, I expected to be a few pounds heavier, I expected my waist to be bigger because of the amount of food I put into my body, and what you are about to hear you won’t believe.

I actually was a pound lighter, and my waist was actually smaller.

So I leaned out a little bit despite the enormous meal.

I’ll monitor my progress the next couple days to ensure that my body is doing what it’s supposed to be doing. Which is gaining lean body mass.

I feel great because I am heavier, and I believe I am a little leaner. The only thing is that when I am supposed to have gain even more weight I didn’t, but that could be a good thing and a bad thing. I’ll consider it a neutral thing for now until I have more data.

I will be starting my Isagenix 9 day cleanse pretty soon, which will hopefully help me lean out some more while I preserve my hard earned lean body mass.
