Ketogenic Diet Day 04 – Update and Results 07.30.2015

So I started my ketogenic diet on Monday, July 27th, 2015.

After putting on a few pounds of muscle, which is my mail goal while trying to preserve same bodyfat percentage, I’ve dropped 4lbs and I expect to lose a few more.

My ketogenic strategy is part of my superglycompensation routine in order to put on quality mass.

My waist got smaller by about a centimeter which is always a great result.

I started adding the Frank Zane Get Great Abs routine into my workouts, and so far I can say that it’s been a great experience, easy to do, and today I added a little bit of Bicycle Cardio after doing Level 2 of the Frank Zane abs.

So with that, and an intense bout of Legs Training today I expect my results to continue full steam ahead!

To kill time I’ve also been reading the Frank Zane Books learning everything about bodybuilding in the Golden Era.

Ketosis Results for 07.30.2015

I was in small trace of Ketosis on Tuesday Morning and today I woke up in mild. I actually want to see if I can add a little bit of cardio and still keep getting into the higher level ketosis.

My plan is to do this for about two weeks, so I have about 10 days left. Then I’ll be doing a full body 9 day Isagenix cleanse in order to flush toxins out, get my body back into a fire burning healthy zone, when I’ll probably start building muscle again for another few weeks.
