Today I did 60 minutes of Cardio which included walking and using outside city equipment to do pullups and dips. On dips the first time around I did 40 on the 1st set and 20 on the second set with about 30s break. That is up from last time when I did 30 and 20. The pullups and chinups went well, I feel I am getting stronger everyday. The outside cardio took me approximately 39 minutes to complete. Then I did some abs for about 21 minutes. Today is my high carb day and my free window meal. In terms of results, my waist was half a cm smaller, my ultimate goal is 77 cm but for my next competition I want to get to at least 80cm. So far I woke up today at 82.5cm.

So far I am happy with my progress. I am lifting harder than I ever have, I feel stronger than I ever have, and I feel more accomplished then ever. My old computer broke and the internet was down for a day so I am a little behind on my diaries, my book, and a few other things. What I am not behind on is my bodybuilding progress. I completed my SGC Diet on Monday night and I must say it was pretty successful but again, it could have been better. This is the second time I’ve done, and I have learned a ton during those two times. Fitness and Dieting Progress through 08.03.2015

Alright, all I can say is that everyday that goes by I get more motivated as if that’s even possible. Either that or every time I see progress I get refreshed. My ketogenic diet has been more on point then ever before. My waist has progressively gotten smaller and this morning I woke up heavier. I have no idea why, I’m hoping it was a little increase in lean body mass from the extremely heavy lifting I did yesterday, mostly around my legs. It may be water retention or just food still not digested and released. But this is the beauty of keeping track. The weekly and monthly results are usually what count, don’t panic because of a tiny setback which may not mean anything. My last update I believe was day 04 of my ketosis diet, today I’m on day 8. Fat Burner or No Fat Burner? Keto Update and Motivation – 07.31.2015

One of my friends asked me today about taking a fat burner and what were my thoughts on the actual product. I don’t normally have a lot of time to get in depth about supplements and routines. But I want to explain this as easily as possible so that when you do buy certain supplements, you understand what you’re going after. Do you need a fat burner to lose weight and get ripped as they so excessively claim? No you don’t NEED a fat burner to get lean, to lose weight, to get ripped. Do they help? Do they speed up the process? Yes they can but just like working out if your diet is excessive, if you don’t keep track, they do you absolutely no good. Ketogenic Diet Day 04 – Update and Results 07.30.2015

So I started my ketogenic diet on Monday, July 27th, 2015. After putting on a few pounds of muscle, which is my mail goal while trying to preserve same bodyfat percentage, I’ve dropped 4lbs and I expect to lose a few more. My ketogenic strategy is part of my superglycompensation routine in order to put on quality mass. My waist got smaller by about a┬ácentimeter which is always a great result. I started adding the Frank Zane Get Great Abs routine into my workouts, and so far I can say that it’s been a great experience, easy to do, and today I added a little bit of Bicycle Cardio after doing Level 2 of the Frank Zane abs. Great Day by meeting nutrition and workout goals | 7.28.2015

I woke up today around 9am, maybe a little later, and started on my SGC Diet Routine. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my wake up late days so that my body can recover from the other days. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are my wake up between 230 and 4am in order to get a workout in when I feel okay for it, and get my breakfast and create workouts for my clients at Red Zone Fitness. I usually get to the gym around 5am to set up and are my long long days. It’s hard for me to stay low calorie on these days as I’m up from 230am to about 10pm. Not to mention I usually don’t get much sleep since I teach classes at 630 and 730 on Tuesday Thursdays so I don’t go to bed until about 10pm. But since I do sleep in, Tuesdays and Thursdays […]
