Everyone wants to learn how to lose weight fast without starving and having to do extreme amounts of exercise “cardio”.
How can this goal be achieved?
The best way is through trial and error. Follow a nutrition plan for a few months, follow a training program for a few months, record the results, and eventually you’ll figure out what works best for you.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, business entrepreneur, and Professional NSL Bodybuilder I have made it my prerogative to educate mainstream America about how to lose weight, burn fat, and get lean in a healthy and efficient manner. I have personally witnessed and continue to witness the disaster that is going on in the general fitness world.
Every day I see and hear of the nightmare plans people are put through in order to achieve unhealthy and unrealistic bodies. They get put on programs where they starve, do insane’s amounts of exercise and “cardio” destroying their bodies to extremely dangerous levels.
Why do these otherwise healthy adults put themselves through such misery?
It’s not their fault. They follow the advice and “expertise” of their coach or guru. They fall into the trap of the only way to get results is to suffer through the hunger, through the painful and grueling hours of cardio, etc.
This is exactly what I’m aiming to stop as of this moment.
As a Personal Trainer and Lifetime Natural Professional Bodybuilder, I have dedicated my life to being the best athlete that I can be. I have researched and tried as many different nutrition plans as you can think of. From ketogenic diets to low carb diets, I’ve tried them all.
I’ve tried fad diets, general diets, and in the end, I have developed a method that takes into account all my experience.
My goal has always been to be competitive, strong, and stay in great shape without the use of illegal drugs. Finally I have figured out exactly how to achieve that. You can see the proof for yourself through my social media and daily motivation.
The reality is that science has made great leaps when it comes to training and nutrition. We are at a point where you don’t have to guess or experiment with diets that eventually lead to a dead end. I’ve seen athlete’s being trained by “gurus” miserable during a competition prep.
My questions are the following:
- Do you need to be miserable to consider a prep successful?
- Do you need to struggle mentally and physically to achieve weight loss and/or fitness goals?
The answer is a resounding no.
Becoming the best at something or achieving amazing results takes perseverance, determination, and a lot of courage. Hard work is essential during the journey. With that being said, it does not mean you need to follow a flawed system that destroys your body and well being.
There was a popular tv show that put contestants through a torturous system where they achieved unbelievable weight loss goals, but what happened after? What happens to bodybuilding competitors after their competition?
They have huge rebounds!
They gain more weight then what they started with and end up heavier and malnutritioned.
Why is that? I explain it in my book.
Trust me, the answer is not pretty.
I am currently losing body fat, putting on muscle, and feeling absolutely awesome every single day without the use of any kind of drugs.
I do not do any “cardio” and if I do, it’s 10-20 minutes when I’m about 4-6 weeks out from a competition. It’s all I NEED!
